CMS has accumulated this knowledge and experience, which provides our company with an edge. CMS is currently licensed to perform services in over 30 states. We stand ready to pursue licensing in any state to satisfy our client's needs.

Understanding that each site is unique, standardization of the core design reduces the budget, decreases construction time and ensures a higher quality of work. Standardization of multiple-tenant racks, grounding design, fence details, future leased areas, underground utility service to future tenant areas, tower foundations, monopoles or towers vendors/designs, and access road minimize overall budget requirements. Standardization is key to reducing change orders from all vendors.
