MEET OUR STAFF
Phil Whisenhunt, Chief Executive Officer, supervises all CMS operations to assure a seamless process from project inception to completion. Phil handles all capital needs, financing and banking relationships to insure CMS is positioned to handle all current and future operating needs. Phil is also very actively involved in forecasting and strategic planning as well as marketing and client development. Phil has a Civil Engineering degree from Georgia Tech, is a registered professional engineer and has been an executive in the wireless industry for 20 years.
Todd Williams, President/Chief Operating Officer, oversees the coordination of all aspects of office and field operations and supervises CMS project managers at their respective projects. Todd provides hands on supervision for our project managers, directs specifications development and coordinates reporting and scheduling between the client and CMS. Todd has a BS in Construction Management from the University of Arkansas, has been in the wireless industry for 15 years and has served as President and COO of CMS for 8 years.
Gary Mahoney, Sr. Quality Project Manager, coordinates and manages all aspects of projects including establishing all project communications and tracking documents. Gary coordinates all project planning, scheduling, material procurement, warehousing, project tracking, contracts, purchase orders, and project close out documents. Gary works with other managers to institute all the above process and procedures for all major projects. Gary has worked in network operations and wireless project management for several companies for over 20 years. Gary has served in project management for CMS for 13 years.
Dale Shipman, Sr. Manager of Project/Civil Construction, supervises all construction managers and in - house civil crews and is responsible for all network construction projects. Dale is responsible for all estimating, material procurement, subcontracting and internal crews for all turnkey projects. Dale has worked in network operations and wireless project management for several companies for 15 years. Dale has served in project management for CMS for 4 years.
Mitch Bennett, Sr. Manager of Technical Services - Tower/Antenna Crews, supervises all tower and antenna crews operating in all regions. Mitch is also responsible for estimating, material procurement and contracting for all tower erection and antenna/line projects. Mitch also serves as safety officer and technical trainer for all CMS technical and field personnel. Mitch has an Applied Engineering Degree and has worked for CMS for 8 years.
Leah Green, Controller/Office Manager, is responsible for all in house accounting and human resource functions as well as all office management duties. Leah has worked in accounting and office management positions for several companies and has served in these capacities for CMS for 5 years.
Field Supervisors, supervise and coordinate construction crews in the field, produces daily reports, verifies adherence to specifications, creates and addresses punch lists and assures the timely ordering and installation of power and telephone service as required. Additional responsibilities include the ordering and installation of site utilities, verification that these tasks have been performed, and that all equipment is ready to ship in a timely manner to correspond to the site construction schedule. Duties also include gathering all progress photos, test reports and inspections for close out documents.
